Senior Pastor Joseph Lee
SP Joseph Lee was formerly the Dean of the School of Church Music at the Singapore Bible College before assuming the role of Senior Pastor of Bartley Christian Church in February 2023. As a former missionary of Bartley, he remains active as an Executive Board member of the Global Consultation on Art and Music in Missions. SP Joseph is married to Amelia, and they have three sons: Samuel, Iain, and Timothy.
Elder Hock Meng
As a church elder, Hock Meng has a deep passion for missions. He finds great joy in sharing God’s love with people—both near and far. Whether it’s caring for those in need, supporting missionaries, or encouraging others to engage in missions, he feels a strong calling to make a meaningful impact. Nothing brings him greater joy than witnessing lives transformed by the message of God’s hope and love.
Ian & Marianne
Ian and Marianne have been with Bartley as a married couple since 2016. They began to explore missions since 2018, visiting a couple countries in different continents. After completing their graduate diploma in intercultural studies, they began serving in Japan with Operation Mobilisation in 2022. Currently, Ian will be taking over as OM Japan Finance officer, and Marianne as the OM Sendai team leader. They serve in Kunimi church as missionaries, and serve in various ministries across Sendai, including Tohoku Gakuin university and a local food bank drive.
Pastor Alvin Tan
Alvin & Daisy served as Bartley’s missionaries to Cambodia, and they returned to serve with the pastoral team. The Lord called them back to cross-cultural ministry as dean of Discipleship Training Centre. They continue to serve Bartley in our Family Life ministry as marriage mentors and facilitators of our Marriage Preparation course. Alvin’s vision & passion is to see the local church becoming missional in its community and make disciples of all nations for God’s Kingdom.
Pastor Jason Lee
Ps Jason oversees the English Congregation and he is passionate about missions and empowering one to reach their fullest potential in Christ. Together with his wife, KK, they were formerly serving in a creative access nation, and now enjoys mentoring couples. They have one son, Lucas, who has brought much joy and discipleship moments to the family.
Pastor Mah Yeow Beng
Ps Mah oversees our Discipleship ministry (Christian Education-FEED & Cell Group) at Bartley. A gifted communicator, bible teacher and theologian, he is married to Elaine and they have 4 children; Caleb, David, Barnabas & Abigail
Serene Lim
Sent by Bartley to serve overseas, Serene had the honour to bless others as a missionary in Cambodia from 2003-2013. Upon returning, she continued her ministry at the Overseas Missionary Fellowship and Bartley. Serene is married to Dr. Jeffrey Lum, a current Bartley Christian Church Elder, and they have three children: Ethan, Sarah, and Cheryl. She enjoys ball games and could 'to
Daniel Liu
Daniel has served short-term in both Southeast Asia and the Middle East, driven by a passion to see the gospel contextualized and brought to the least reached people groups. He teaches and preaches regularly and serves in an executive role in the Missions Office, overseeing mobilization, member care, and finance. His heart is to see every believer pursue God intimately and live out His kingdom purposes.
Amy Ji
Amy, a trained teacher and now a published children's book author, dreams of becoming a full-time missionary to Chinese-speaking communities. She actively supports and encourages missional initiatives within NextGen Ministries through missions emphasis months, field trips, and curriculum planning. Additionally, she oversees the coordination of short-term mission exposure trips for the wider congregation, identifying suitable mission organizations, field partners, and locations to engage the Bartley family in cross-cultural missions.
